An update..

Me and my family had a summer getaway last week, which actually the best summer experience I have ever had so far. We went to Mactan Cebu for 5 days, April 19 - April 23. Even though it's kinda hot there, we had so much fun. We stayed in Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa. It's actaully our 2nd time there and I truly admire its beauty. The pool, the beach, the room, the environment, even the people in Cebu, they are very kind with their warm welcome to us :) All photos that I took in Cebu are uploaded to my facebook account.

I haven't been able to post a new entry because I was busy of the brain train review I've been taking since the start of April. The review is done now, the lessons I have learned will actually help in taking college entrance tests. So, that means.. it's my summer vacation already, gonna start being productive. Ohhh, did I mention that I was elected as a treasurer for the CCD core group for the upcoming school year, it's quite challenging and at the same time.. fun :) The whole month of May is really my summer vacation, I have decided that I will pursure my mini business which is selling 1 inch wristbands, actually I will earn a lot from that business. The design is already in production, I will reveal the design before the release of the wristbands haha.

Here are my favorite photos from last week:

What's really going on to my life right now..

Follow my blog with bloglovin

I've been busy for the past few days and didn't have the chance to blog or even just post pictures. You know the things that are keeping me busy? ... It's school, the final requirements, projects. But don't worry, it's summer for me already but I need to go to school next month because of the Summer Brain Train, it's not daily, it's M-W-F. It's okay because it's really for my college and stuffs.

For the past few days, I've been buying a lot of ballers on shops on facebook that made me broke haha. It all started when I bought a wristband from www.lewristbands.com (read more here: http://jeanthor.blogspot.com/2011/02/love-everyone.html I don't know why when I see a design that's really good, I will buy it no matter what. It's funny how I just learned how to make bank deposit to other accounts on my own last 2 weeks haha. Now, I actually have 16 wristbands and they're awesome.. the other ones were sold to my friends. I still have wristbands that will be delivered to me this week and the week after, I really can't wait. I will still continue collecting wristbands no matter what lol.. I'm thinking of making my own baller business which means a lot of *~profit~* haha. Maybe this summer, watch out for that ;)

So 2 weeks ago, mom went to Hong Kong and I asked her to buy me a new lens that is lightweight and has a high aperture and she said ok. My 18-105mm is really pain in the neck (no, seriously) because it is so heavy that I sometimes don't want to bring my D90 anymore with that lens. The 18-105mm is not capable of taking pictures in low-light situations and I usually make the Iso high like 1250 or worse, it's very So she bought me 50mm f/1.4D nikkor lens! It's pretty good especially in low light situations and has a good depth of field :) So here are pictures taken with my new lens (50mm/1.4D)..

LIV3: We The Kings, Nevershoutnever & The Maine

February 18, 2011 was one of the best nights of my life, I went to the concert of The Maine, Never Shout Never and We The Kings. I was happy because I saw them and heard them play but I was also not happy cuz' I did not had the oppurtunity to have a stub or something for the show, it was in Greenbelt 5 Fashion walk btw. I did not brought with me my D90 becuase it's too heavy instead I brought my Canon 14MP digicam. lol I did not able to take decent photos because I was too "engaged" to the concert hahaha.

I expected that I will not get a stub because I went to Makati at around 1pm already and they were issuing stubs/tickets for the concert at around 11am and it's on a first-come first-serve basis. Also, my mom has still a lot of things to do before going there. I just would like to see and hear them even though I'm far from the stage or something. So me and my mother went to GB at around 4 and we first went to Globe because she had a problem with her plan. I'm really impressed at Globe's fast customer service express lane.. not! It's like our time was wasted or s/t.

Then, I heard Christofer drew singing so we went for the area only to find out that it already started. Me and mom were just watching in the bridgeway near Cibo and Bratpack, that bridgeway was I think connected to GB4. We were there when Nevershoutnever's playing and I could not barely hear him because there was this thick glass, ughhh.

Love everyone

Look what came in the mail last February 1... The Love Everyone wristbands that I'm waiting for a month and finally it came. It's a good thing to start the month of February. Those wristabnds were managed my the lead vocals of Forever The Sickest kids, Jonathan Cook, and I'm so glad that we've talked through email about the delay of that order lol. But it's ok tho' cuz' they're with me now.. safe and sound. The quality of the wristbands are great and I love the color even though that the color that I ordered is not the same that are those on their website, even a single picture of a wristband doesn't match the color of my order haha.

It's funny how Jonathan Cook wrote my address on to the envelope. I don't know if Jonathan is really the one who wrote it but I think he is lol. When I received it, I noticed that the spelling of the word, 'Philippines', is wrong. He spelled it PHILLIPPINES hahaha. I think most band members usually misspell the word, Philippines. :D It really fits perfectly in my wrist and it's very comfortable :)

Today I wore it with this Diana F+ keychain-that-is-now-a-necklace which I bought in Manila Remix and they're both color blue that's why I like to wear it together. I've been busy for the past few days because of the Foundation day of the school hahaha.
